Location:
Timber! Outdoor Music Festival takes place at King County's Tolt-Macdonald Park in Carnation, WA.
No Outside Alcohol
Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board and King County Parks regulations prohibit outside alcohol at the event.
Any campers in violation of this policy will be asked to take their alcohol back to their cars.
Cannabis
While cannabis is legal in WA state it is illegal to consume cannabis in public. Cannabis is not allowed at the event.
Tents
Two feet of space is required between tents in the General and Quiet camping areas. Set up camp expecting to have your neighbors within that proximity of your camp.
Be respectful to your neighbors and please keep noise to a minimum after hours. If you’d like to socialize after hours, please walk to any number of great spaces that are away from campsites.

Drinking Water
There are several water sources around the park and camping areas, including two water refill stations made possible by Carter Subaru.
Water Refill Stations are available in the Main Stage Food Court and on the East side of the Tolt Suspension Bridge near general camping. Please use your refillable water bottles when possible.

TRASH
Leave no trace! Pack out what you pack in and help us keep our park beautiful. Dispose of trash, recycling and compost in the marked bins located throughout the festival.
Help us out by going a step further. If you see something on the ground that doesn’t belong, please pick it up and put it in the nearest bin. We’re all in this together!

Ice, firewood, and amazing Timber! merchandise can all be found at the General Store. Store hours are:
Thursday 2pm - 8pm
Friday 10am - 8pm
Saturday 10am - 8pm
Sunday - 9am - 11am

We are grateful to be guests to the City of Carnation. Please show the town respect by being courteous.
Also be sure to check out the local shops, grocery store and restaurants. Local retailers have everything you need within walking distance of the festival.

Can we bring dogs? |
Dogs are not allowed at Tolt-MacDonald Park during Timber! Outdoor Music Festival. Please visit www.rover.com to see dog sitting options within 10 minutes of the Festival including Helen D. And Cecila R. Please note: each have their own restrictions, please check with them individually. |

Do I have to pay for babies or small children? |
No, children under the age of 12 are free, but please register them via our tickets page so we can bring enough wristbands! |

Can I use a stove or BBQ at my campsite? |
Cooking is allowed in designated fire pits and BBQ areas. Great local food vendors will be on site and a grocery store is within walking distance.

Can I leave the festival grounds and re-enter? |
Yes. Re-entry is allowed. If you paid for parking, keep your parking pass with your vehicle for re-entry. Returning vehicles may be directed to the overflow parking lot. |

Can I bring my own beer/alcohol? | Due to WA State liquor laws, no outside beer or alcohol is allowed on the premises. However, we're proud to be serving some fine beer at incredible prices that can't be beat! | |
Parking? |
There is a $20 parking fee at Timber! Outdoor Music Festival. The parking fee is valid for Thursday July 27 - Sunday, July 29. In/out privileges are allowed, however space is not guaranteed in the main parking lot upon return. Returning vehicles may be directed to the overflow parking lot. Parking can and should be purchased in advance and all parking pass sales are final. Events like Timber! help fund maintenance of King County’s 200 parks, 175 miles of trails, and 28,000 acres of open space. King County is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. Please lock your vehicle. Improperly parked vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.

When do people arrive / leave? | Gates open at 2pm on Thursday July 27. Attendees must be clear of their campsites no later than 12 noon on Sunday July 29. |
I purchased Early Bird Passes. How do I access Premium Accommodations Early? |
Guests who purchase Early Bird Passes will have early access to premium accommodations. Early Bird Passes will be available while supplies last and purchasers of Early Bird Passes will be emailed a unique promo code that will allow them to purchase premium accommodations before the rest of the general public. |

Will there be any COVID-19 restrictions or requirements? | Timber! Outdoor Music Festival will comply with all laws, regulations or mandates issues by King County and the State of Washington with regards to COVID-19. Please check back here for any updates - attendees will also be notified of any requirements leading up to the festival. | |
